Are you a full time company?

Yes. We have one focus providing the Best Wedding entertainment in the Florida Keys. We don’t have other jobs that could conflict with your wedding. The Owner Nick Morse and his family grew up in the Wedding event business and has done this their entire lives. We are dedicated to one thing our clients needs.

What music genres are in your collection? Are you a full time company.

50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, Top 40, Club, House, Acoustic, Big Band, Bachata, Ballroom, Classic Rock, Classical, Country, Dance, Disco, Folk, Funk, Gospel, Hip Hop, Jazz, Merengue, Motown, Oldies, Orchestra, Pop, Punk Rock, Reggae, R&B, Rock, Salsa, Soul, Strings, Swing, World – You get the point we have it all. Our music library contains over 250,000 songs on hand at each and every event, and within that universe we have something for everyone.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes.  Most every Venue will only allow a fully insured event company on property.

Describe your DJ style:

Modern, Personalized, Custom, Flexible, Trendsetting, and Unique… We utilize a modern & customized approach for polished wedding entertainment. We do not use the “cheesy” outdated techniques. No random comments on the mic. We believe in total event personalization, and your event will reflect your musical tastes, ideas and desires. So if you are looking to capture tradition, and elegance to high energy and excitement we will work with you one on one to make sure your celebration is perfect. Florida Keys Weddings are always different then the norm and we love it that way.

If you do not have one of the songs in the online Library can you get it?

We have well over two hundred and fifty thousand + songs in our library, not all are in the online catalog. But, chances are we already have it…. but if we don’t have your music, just let us know what you would like to hear and we will get it in time for your event

Can we submit a Do Not Play list?

Absolutely! Sometimes the best place to start is writing out your “do-not-play” list. Generally, our “do-not-play” list contains any sort of line dance (Macarena, The Chicken Dance, YMCA) or you could write in a whole genre.

What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?

2 hours- Sometimes we get short cruise ship weddings and or people who just need to rent equipment and we can often accommodate.

Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?

We are happy to meet with you if you are in town. Many clients planning a wedding in the Keys are coming from Abroad so we can use technology to communicate in way you see fit.

Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?

We have the ability to cater to any ethnic group we listen to your needs and come up with the best game plan to make it happen. Many of the weddings in the Florida Keys are culturally diverse and we love it.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, we are professionals that utilize the very best professional sound lighting and video equipment available. How much time do you usually need to set up? Generally 1-2 hours but setups can vary by the services contracted and can take up to 12 hours.  

Do you have any extra space requirements?

Space requirements vary based on setup and range form 8 to 26 feet. For example if you need a DJ, Photo Booth, and large Video Screen in the same location it might not fit in a small tent. If space is any concern, you will be informed up front at your no obligation consultation.

Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?

At Kiss Me Entertainment we try not to use the title Emcee or MC, we use Event Host since we are professionals that will provide incredible Event Direction and Hosting but are all incredibly talented DJs.  We feel the titles MC and DJ are extremely limiting and should be left for average entertainment organizations. We believe in tasteful interaction, we are not constantly on the microphone or the center of attention at our events. We will not embarrass you or your guests, We do not rely on line dances to get your party started, We do not believe in the “cheesy” techniques. We do not sing, we do not dance with your guests, We do not pull guests out of their comfort zones, and most of all, we do not steal your spotlight.

What is your policy on taking breaks?

No Breaks.

Will you hang signs or banners?

Never. We do not hang any signage or pass out business cards. We won’t even say our company name during your event.

Do you charge for travel expenses?

We live and breathe the Florida Keys from Key Largo and Islamorada down through Marathon and Key West. If your wedding is in the Keys there is no travel fee. Fun fact Key West is closer to Cuba then to Wal-Mart and we like it that way.
